Issue Description:

Electrostatic discharge events may occur in the Automatic Document Feeder. These events cause sections on the Contact Image Sensor (CIS) Bar to ‘Latch Up’ (or lock in a certain color). These ‘Latch Up’ events manifest as vertical bars a minimum of 3 mm wide (may be wider) in a scan or copy. Latch up events may be White or Black or Gray. They will be a solid color.
